Returns
Every Canine Cap is made especially for your pooch (and you!), so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check the size chart before ordering. If your pup is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality of the design, we want to know about it. Please email hello@caninecapsdesigns.com with photos of the item within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly replace it with the exact same hat.

Refund policy

For the best fit, measure between your dog’s ears and around the neck. If your pup is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

The hats feature an adjustable velcro strap under the chin and ear holes to hold the hat securely in place.

The hats are durable 100% Polyester (foam front and mesh back). They are lightweight and breathable.

The airy mesh and foam ensures maximum ventilation to keep your dog cool without adding unnecessary bulk or weight.

Service Dogs are individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability. Under the ADA, they are permitted to accompany their handler in most places open to the public.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) provide comfort and companionship through their presence but are not trained to perform specific disability-related tasks. ESAs do not have the same public-access rights as service dogs.

Simply put: Service Dogs are task-trained. ESAs provide emotional support and comfort.

MISREPRESENTING A PET AS A SERVICE ANIMAL IS ILLEGAL IN MANY STATES, INCLUDING TEXAS.
